If you encounter technical issues or are unsatisfied with your invitation suite before event deployment, contact support within 7 days for assistance or a full refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted for duplicate orders, un-deployed invitation suites, or confirmed platform technical errors.

3. Custom Design Services

Custom designer consultations on the Luxury Suite plan are eligible for partial refund prior to the commencement of custom design work.

4. How to Request a Refund
